Langtons Brasserie at the Best Western York Pavilion Hotel is the perfect choice for small intimate dinners, family celebrations and corporate dining. Having been awarded 2AA rosettes for the fifth year in succession, Head Chef Philippe Tsolkasis and his young team are constantly striving for new and innovative ideas for each menu, combining good traditional food with a modern edge.
Commodities are sourced locally, with an emphasis on organic produce, together with a specials board beased almost entirely on fresh fish and seafood delivered directly from the North Yorkshire Coast.
The food is complemented by an extensive wine list which includes some classics coupled with some bold New World wines and is regularly changed in line with modern trends.

A variety of private dining options are available for that special occasion, or business dinner for any number up to 140 people, with an extensive choice of menus, or if you prefer Chef will create a personalised menu to your specific requirements. All private dining rooms have been tastefully furnished in keeping with the period of the buildings construction.
